The „Alexandru și Aristia Aman” County Library, through the Mediatecă and American Corner Craiova sections, is organizing on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 11:10, an event to promote online security.
The event will be attended by the 6th grade students from the „Ethos” Private Gymnasium School, along with their coordinator teacher Consuela Bărbulescu. The meeting will take place on the online platform Zoom.
The „Alexandru și Aristia Aman” County Library, through the Mediatecă and American Corner Craiova sections, organizes every year, in October, a month dedicated to internet safety, events that draw attention to the security measures we need to know when accessing the online environment.
The development of the Internet and new technologies has irreparably changed people’s daily lives, communication, understanding of things, development opportunities, and expression possibilities. Due to the fact that technology is developing, we, as humans, must adapt, try to understand it, and use it intelligently to be able to take advantage of this extraordinary resource.
