The „Alexandru și Aristia Aman” County Library is organizing the 16th edition (online edition) of the project „The Little Book for Preschoolers and Young Children”, a project aimed at preschoolers and primary school students.
The current edition is structured into thirteen themes, scheduled as follows:
- October 13, 2025 – June 11, 2026 – A gift from a gift makes…
a story. Read and pass it on! (give a book as a gift). - October 13 – 16 – Nature and friendship with the environment (making collages from leaves, dried flowers, and/or recyclable materials)
- October 20 – 23 – From the world of those who do not speak!- (draw and/or describe your favorite animal)
- November 10 – 13 – Steps through storybook places – beautiful places, unforgettable places (drawing/painting)
- November 17 – 20 – The Book That Smiles at Me
- January 12 – 15 – Longing and star, poetry beneath it
- January 19 – 22 – The Rainbow of Friendship (each child draws/paints a rainbow and writes under the drawing the name of the friend who brings them joy)
- February 9 – 12 – From Play to Sport – movement for everyone
- March 2 – 5 – With love for you, Mom! (making greeting cards)
- March 23 – 26 – Elena Farago Days (poetry recitations)
- April 27 – 30 – Explorers of the Universe (activity at the discretion of the teaching staff)
- May 18 – 21 – How do I feel today?
- June 8 – 11 – Impressions at the end of the school year! (drawing/short text with impressions of the past school year).
The activities carried out within the project themes take place outside the library premises, namely at school, kindergarten, or at the participants’ homes. After completing these themes, the teaching staff send the digital files, either in the form of audio-video clips (mp4), with a maximum duration of five minutes, or in the form of images (jpeg), to the email address sectiacopii@aman.ro. All files received that comply with the theme of the activity will then be promoted on the Facebook page of the „Alexandru și Aristia Aman” County Library.
Sending the digital files created to the library presupposes the prior existence of parental consent for their dissemination for cultural and educational purposes on the Facebook page of the „Alexandru și Aristia Aman” County Library.
